For those of you that want to fly through the air spinning and kicking this is a great dvd series. What is excellent about the dvd series is that Daniel Sterling goes step by step into how the kick is done. He has great teaching skills and helps give you the confidence to try the different techniques. Again those that want to learn the fancy kicks, this set is a must and definitely worth the price.
